The beef in the beef noodle is very good. Soup is a big salted, pork dumplings was okay, it’s a brilliant idea to separated each of dumplings however each dumpling is easily stick with the plate and not hot enough when you eat it. The spicy wonton is just alright. Overall, it’s a good place to visit at the mall.

I always get the same thing and it’s always good. I’ve had their scallion pancakes, fried dumplings, fried rice with barbecue pork, and steamed dumplings.

You are hungry at the Pentagon City mall... but you don't want a 1000-calorie carb bomb? Slim pickings, my friend. The poke place is probably your best option. But it's winter and your soul is cold from covid? You could do worse than the Hong Kong wonton soup at Yong Kang Street. The broth is passable, salty -- but not purely junk salt-- I am pretty sure it was flavored lightly with white pepper, a welcome spice for soup wontons. The pork wontons were good. Juicy, tender, generously filled. I would have liked one more. The bowl comes with a few healthy veggies (cabbage and broccoli). I recommend asking for them to toss a few extra veggies in and you will have yourself a self-respecting meal. You can save half the (forgettable) noodles for a different snack. I'm guessing the Taiwanese beef noodle soup here would also deliver warm comfort with a side of basic nutrition. I'll try that next time. I got the scallion pancake because of another reviewer's compliments. I disagree with that review. The pancake had an ok texture, was very oily (predictable--it's fried dough), but sadly utterly bland. No scallion taste. It came with a depressing thin soy sauce that did not taste like real soy sauce.
