*** $1 transaction fee for using credit cards *** I was cruising on Valley Blvd and this was one of few restaurants that's open for business on Christmas Day. The restaurant is located right next to the ever popular 101 Noodle Express and parking was very easy on Saturday night. I decided to give You Kitchen a try due to (1) 101 Noodle Express got too many customers waiting for take-out and (2) slightly cheaper prices on similar food comparing with 101 Noodle Express. Our go-to SGV dumpling place. The owner is friendly and welcoming and the variety of dumplings is impressive. We always get the Big Mouth and the pan fried buns are out of this world!!

Good food but got to vhoose the right dishes -pan fied dumpling: chewy and tasty but skin waa a little thick - XLB: tasty but akin was too thick relative to other places. flavor was decenr but not the best - beef roll: skin could be crispier. the roll is much smaller than other places, but has a lor of hoisin sauce making it very tasty
