The food is delicious. My first time here yesterday, Sam was so nice and explained everything to me. As someone who grew up eating a lot of Mediterranean food- I have had my fair share! The food was fresh. Huge fan of the beef shawarma plates, the baba Gannoush was one of the best I've ever had. My husband did love the fresh bread and his chicken shawarma arabi wrap! Excellent dinner with leftovers for lunch! Thanks Sam for tour excellent hospitality!! We will return soon

Really disappointed when I came in. This woman working was arguing with a customer, he was being patient and telling her what he needs, and she proceeds to yell at him. Definitely not appropriate. My mom and I kinda wanted to leave after seeing that when we entered . When we went to order the same lady said she can't make any breakfast for us. And she couldn't care less, she wanted us to leave and not order anything. My family and I have been coming here for a while, just definitely won't come back if that lady is working there.

Dear owner of Zait and Zaatar, I wish I could rate the food but I can't. BECAUSE I NEVER received it! Placed an online order via google that said order would be ready at 7:13pm. I get there at 7:30pm for a completely locked establishment. Why are the google and Yelp hours not accurate or updated? Why are you accepting payment for orders you're not fulfilling? I tried calling multiple times this morning and the phone rings off the hook. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Completely unprofessionally run business. I want my food or my money back. Check your company email please.
