Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins to pick up someone else's uber eats order that the workers inside knew about and then made us wait for 10 more mins at the window while they repeatedly asked us for the name until they finally "found" the order. I understand covid is happening, i work at an animal hospital where i currently fill many different employee titles. This was just plain slack work and could have quickly been avoided if someone could have just looked at the names on the bags and brought the orders to the door. We could literally see the bags sitting on a table inside the lobby.
