It's sad to see in these times that all fast food places are more focused on the drive thru customers that the ones who actually come in. I mean, I love human interaction over a drive thru any day. In short, the drive thru experience would have been 1/2 hour faster

Disappointed in the order I received today,, fingers overcooked,,no meat at all,, my order was completely incorrect by the time I got to work with it,, I couldn't even eat it it was so hard,, bread was over toasted to the point that I could throw it up against a brick wall and break the brick wall,,

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's too busy and the staff can't keep up and other times the flow is on point. The chicken is usually good though.
