If I could have given 0 stars I would have. But this establishment is so disorganized and slow. If you want to wait the same amount of time as a sit down restaurant just for "fast" food. Then by all means, this is the place to go

After stopping at another rest stop to grab lunch further north on 75, we found dining rooms weren't open due to staffing issues. We figured closer to Knoxville we'd have better luck. All we were looking for was for an opening dining room somewhere for lunch. Found this Zaxby's - and was blown away by how nice the staff was. Definitely recommended, especially if you are on a road trip!
