Have dealt with multiple bad experiences over the last few months but have always gone back because of the BOGO coupons. I won’t go to this location and pay full price. There is always something wrong with the order, but they actually managed to forget the chicken in my to-go meals this time. Not even sure how that is possible. I’ll go out of my way to go to Zaxbys in other locations from now on, this location just can’t seem to keep it together these days.

Usually great service. But their new staff is horrible!! Repeat the order multiple times, and they still get it wrong. Basic 4 piece chicken finger plate was too much for them to handle!
