Just another example of how Seffner can ruin any franchise. Food is usually pretty good but wait times are insane. Can take 30-45 min to get your order if they are busy and only accepts exact change. The same line at the Zaxbys in valrico will be 5-10 min. My guess is lazy ownership, and not wanting to pay their employees causing most these problems.

The drive through time is horrible, the crew seems to be extremely slow, there’s more people who leave the line than actually stay to get their meals. They are losing money like crazy because they can’t get employees who can perform the job efficiently. I ordered online, but they won’t open the lobby for pick up so I had to sit through the drive thru to pick it. Next time I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Zaxby’s on 60 just so I can get my order in a decent time! (30 minutes here)

Store consistently closes early. Their website says they're open till ten, but when I pulled into the parking lot at 850 there is someone posted in the parking lot with parking cones behind him yelling "Closed!". If they're that concerned with being closed they don't need to worry about my little bit of business anymore at that store. This has happened a couple of times.
