The customer service at this location is seriously lacking.I drove through for my order. The girl who took my order didn't greet me, just asked what I wanted. She sounded bored when she gave me my total.When I got up to the window, the girl taking drive through orders was leaning on the counter, apparently playing on her phone.The girl who came to the window didn't greet me, just told me the total and held her hand out for my card. When she gave me my order, she didn't say anything, just handed it out the window.I will not go to any business that can't greet employees, thank them and wish them a nice day.I will not be returning to this location.

Worst zaxbys around! Every time I come here, you have to wait forever and always get my order wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to a different zaxby.

Walked into "restaurant " stood at counter for an extended amount of time. People in kitchen seen us several times didn't speak. Employee walked to register entered something on register. Turned around and walked off. Again didnt speak. Waited a few more minutes to see if anyone would acknowledge we existed and finally got fed up and left. Second experience at this place with little or no customer service. Last time I go to this place.
