I drove 30 minutes to get cold food, and the staff treated me very nasty because I asked for fresh food. I don’t understand, if you don’t like your job why work there. I don’t recommend this Zaxby’s to anyone.

Screwed up my order. Lousy service

Slime/dirt in the ice machine! Went through drive through. Food was okay, got sweet tea for my drink. Tea was better than the food; I drank it all up! Go to eat the remaining ice and see something black in my cup. Upon examination, i see it's something frozen into a piece of ice. Bug? Slime? Mold? Idk, but I won't be back. Not because they didn't ask if I wanted condiments, not because the lady at the window needs to work on customer service skills, and not because the chicken wasn't the best. It's because I can't trust the cleanliness of the restaurant. I hope I don't get sick off this. Idk if some peices melted with this in it and I drank it ‍♀️
