Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Dallas

At this point … just close this Zaxbys down!!!!!!

There was a nice worker outside taking orders tonight, she made sure she let us know what exactly they were out of before we ordered. She was pleasant even though it's cold, it was a nice experience.

I work late on Friday, so for the last two Friday’s I have bought Zaxby’s for dinner. On both visits, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to order on the app instead. The first time I ordered, my food was supposed to be ready at 7:47pm. I ordered at 7:30. I walked in at 7:47, but I was never acknowledged from the staff. Finally, at 8:08pm, I asked where was my order? I finally get it at 8:13, and without even a simple apology. Tonight, I order on the app again, and it’s supposed to be ready at 6:38pm. I send my son in to get the food at 6:37, but he returns telling me that the doors are locked. Now, I realize that there is a shortage of employees, so I wasn’t upset. I drove to the other side, and asked one of the young ladies in the drive thru window, how could I pick up my online order? She tells me that I can meet her at the window. As I’m waiting, a different young lady comes to the window, and asks me what am I waiting for? I tell her that I am ready to pick up my food. She proceeds to tell me that “The dining room is closed.” I said “I know but you just told me that I can meet you at the window.” She says “I didn’t tell you that,” and turns around to ask who did? Eventually they bring me my food, but the young lady had the nastiest look on her face. Listen, although those young ladies could have handled me better, I do not blame them for tonight. I am upset with Zaxby’s. If your stores are closing at random times, and are choosing when they are and aren’t going to open the dining room, Zaxby’s should block app/online orders.
