Fun fun place to meet friends and family. Great food. Uncommon menu items. Skilled waitstaff.

I ordered the poutine, and the fries were so overcooked that they were as hard as rocks. They were oversalted and cold as well. Service was great. The wait time for food was surprisingly fast for a Saturday. I sometimes forget how bad their food is and come back after 5-6 months, I'm writing this review so I don't forget this time.

I'm so disappointed and upset with Zingerman's Roadhouse right now... My mom didn't feel like frying chicken for Juneteenth, an African American holiday. We decided to ordered chicken from the Roadhouse, but unfortunately we received dry and burnt chicken. What really upsets me the most is whomever boxed the food up could clearly see it's burnt and they sent it out for delivery anyway... This is so sad to me, because you should have pride in the food that's being sent out the kitchen. I will never order delivery from there again and I hope my mother actually receives a refund.
