We are frequent Zoes Kitchen diners and were so excited when this location opened up so close to our house m. However now we are so disappointed... every single order we've called in or ordered online is either wrong or missing items. We've spoken to management each time and they offer a refund if we want, which of course we don't want to pay for items we didn't receive! But don't really feel they are doing anything to improve their pick up orders.
