Zoës Kitchen in Sugar Land

Very VERY rude staff. The chubby white chick that works the front with the short black hair was super standoffish and was laughing at me with her little friend when I was having a hard time with the menu. She didn’t even offer me a drink while I waited for my food. I didn’t get mad because I figured she was a teenager just trying to get a check. But, If I was the owner of this joint that girl would never know. I had to check my food to make sure it wasn’t spit it. Very hateful little girl and mean spirited. Disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location.

We used to really like going here but we were so disappointed this visit. We haven't been in a few months but wow the quality has gotten so bad. Their falafel used to be really good, but this time it was not even falafel. It was puffy and soft like a waffle and tasted like cinammon?! Me and my daughter we’re going to guru but then it turns out gurus was closed so then we decided to go to Zoës kitchen hoping to have a wonderful experience. It turns out we hoped wrong. The food was not how we wanted it and I was disappointed on how people treated us. My little daughter has anxiety issues so we wanted to work on them by asking for a to go cup, she comes back crying saying that the lady was being very rude and rolling her eyes. Next time we come over or don’t I just hope that people will treat the customers right not how we were treated. I want to other families to have a better experience than us. Thank you I guess.
