I highly recommend their spicy beef or ox tail noodle soup with their hand tossed noodles. You can taste the quality in every bite. The broth is flavorful and goes great with their chili oil. The onion pancake, pan fried dumplings, and steamed dumplings are great choices. Mix some chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl for a great dip for the sides.
