During the past year of this Covid pandemic, I've frequented many restaurants for indoor (when allowed) and outdoor including Adobe Cantina. Of all the restaurants, they are the only one I've seen wear a mask and shield, gloves all the time (which I have witnessed them change out constantly), sanitized tables and chairs after each patron left, and table spacing in line with health regulations. Other restaurants have not been so diligent in their sanitary cleaning and protection. The staff, under such strict guidelines, has always been more than accommodating and friendly and service has been above and beyond, given the circumstances. The food is excellent, I've eaten 75% of the items offered on the menu at least once. The prickly pear Margarita has been the favorite with my family and friends and I personally love their Mojitos. Thank you Adobe staff for making today another enjoyable experience both with excellent service, food and drink!
