I've had many good meals here and many mediocre meals here throughout the years. This place is cafeteria style--grab a tray and figure out your meats and precooked sides. Here they do half portions of the sides when you order them with your meats. So one meat and two sides options turns into a one meat with four half sides. As for the sides, they have a wide array of cold sides along with a a few stand out hot sides. Love the cauliflower. I recommend ordering one of the options for fresh cooked meats instead of what is offered on the line. It takes then awhile longer to cook it, but it's worth it. Only ever order takeout but the food was always very very good. Packed well and lots of options. Anytime I drive by it always looks super packed so that's why I only get takeout lol

Born in H town but raised internationally, and now living in Greece. Visiting Houston every so often, I eat at Aladdin’s in the Montrose every chance I can. The food and portions are awesome!!! Not to forget It’s such a warm and friendly place. Have to say, that the best restaurants never have enough parking, which is perfectly normal. Overall, Aladdin Mediterranean cuisine in the Montrose, is by far, the Best!!!
