I went there today (10/07/21) at 7:51pm with my kids. They were so excited because we made it on time based on website store hours later to be disappointed. They were already closed when we got there. So please change your closing store hours to 7:50pm or 7:45pm if you’re not going to follow them.Sincerely,You’re lost customers with crying kids at home :)

Very pleased with customer service, the wedding cake was special order, non dairy. Then specific Hawaiian theme decor. It was beautiful and tasty. They delivered. I rated a 4 due to expense although I didn't compare it to other wedding cakes and never bought one before. It was a very busy time for special event cake makers. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Mary.

Alaska Cake Studio has some pretty great desserts. They are a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality. I have gotten sweets there several times and have been always been happy with my purchase and the customer service until today. I purchased $30 worth of beautiful desserts to take home and when I was rang up the cashier charged me for the box to take my desserts home in???? I have never been charged for a box before and when I questioned the cashier she became very snarky and rude and told me "you can leave now and not come back". I found myself wondering if I was being unreasonable to question a charge that is not posted. I mean seriously, how was I supposed to get desserts home? Just throw them in a bag and lick the frosting off like Rachel and Joey on friends? Pandemic or not, my food purchase should include the container to bring it home in.
