This was the first time Altura disappointed us. I don’t know what caused this, but overall we regretted our experience on July 16th and would rather have stayed home. The main issue was that everything took a long time. The whole meal felt like food was served/introduced and cleared a bit too quick as we finished, and repeat. The experience was about 2.5, so it wasn't super rush. Maybe the lack of interaction contributed to this feeling. There was a moment when a bit of water was splashed on the table...

It’s just OK. Slow pace, OK food - but nothing close to a Michelin star experience which some reviews suggest
