this is nasty restaurant it was tuesday the lady on drive thrue was not friendly / my food was not fresh was cold and one of the laddies that handed my food was coughing and was scratching her head now im feeling sick i will called the health department this place is nasty

My first clue that my experience here was going to be a bad one was there was no line in the drive thru at noon on a weekday. Ordered a brisket bacon dip meal. Learned they were out of straws as I was handed my drink. Got my meal and drove off. Opened my sandwich 2 minutes later and it was barely luke warm. The cheese on it wasn't even melted. When I spend $15 on a meal, there are certain expectations that need to be met. This restaurant falls short. Live and learn.

The worst arby's I've been too. The sandwiches and fries were cold. $17. For horrible meal.
