Got the buffet. Food was barely warm, scrambled eggs had hair in them. Went back up to get a different plate and the first 5 plates out of the stack had eggs on them and were almost too hot to touch. Not sure how that happens but gross. Only one cup of coffee because waitress never came back for refills. Oh and was $36 for bad service and food for two. Won't be back.

Haven't been to Big Boy in a long time (all in my area closed) but the service here was great.
