It is now getting to be the norm to charge 15 to $20 for a hamburger. so if I'm going to pay that much, I want one to taste great. Big buns always delivers

It was my first time ordering through Ubereats today and I decided to order from one of my favorite burger places. At first, I was dismayed because I didn't receive the Hot and Hefe burger I ordered, but received a burger with horseradish and couldn't make contact with the restaurant. That feeling was quickly replaced with gratitude for the awesome customer service received from the manager, Kebba. He helped me get a response from Ubereats and he personally made my order the right way and delivered it! I was shocked. That is what you call excellent customer service. I am grateful and want to thank Big Buns Damn Good Burgers for making my first experience with Ubereats great. :-)
