Way over priced for the quality of food. $26 for two improperly cooked eggs with zero seasoning, two strips of baked bacon so hard you can break your teeth, 1 slice of bread cut in half and toasted hard, a serving spoon of mixed fruits, and a vente latte, which is the only thing made right.

I've only had one item here. The banana bread French toast and it is quite wonderful as stated in another Yelper's review . It was almost closing time on a Sunday but the staff at the Bistro whipped it up and did it with a smile. Only thing I would change is the ricotta topping perhaps to a whipped cream topping of some sort. The price of course is hotel food pricing at around $11 or $12 and that is just for the French toast with no protein or other side. But all in all try it at least once.

Located in The Courtyard, The Bistro serves food to the hotel guests. Today I had the "Banana Bread French Toast". It's made with some really nice heavy bread, dipped in cinnamon-vanilla custard, topped with powdered sugar, fresh bananas, whipped ricotta and candied walnuts. Delicous breakfast. The presentation was beautiful. The service... I have a hard time putting into words how friendly the staff is that work The Bistro. We've been here a few days and continue to see inviting and positive people working. Some days, even providing food samples. I'm really impressed; they take "the restaurant in a hotel" to a whole different level... in a great way. They have set the bar really high.
