Really great BBQ. I've read some of the other reviews saying "good for Seattle." It is just good bbq. Every place you go has something different. Enjoy where you're at.

One can work up an appetite shopping at the Market so a quick take out order at Bitterroot BBQ as was leaving was a pleasant surprise to bring back for my husband and I to share after his ride! Ordered carryout after Ballard Market today! THANKS BITTERROOT for quick ordering and your lovely pulled pork sandwich with spicy sauce option and cabbage sides!
