Although I have a Phnom Penh Noodle House back in Long Beach, CA (I haven't tried it yet), I am so glad I got to try it here first in Seattle, WA! I had a great experience, from the moment I entered until the end of the meal. We had a group of 6 and ordered one #1 (Phnom Penh Special Rice Noodle), one #4 (Phnom Penh Wonton), and one #17 (Sa-gnao Jruok Ktiss). GOODS: -Wonderful customer service! We made it within 30 minutes of closing time (so sorry!), but they still happily took us in and served us patiently and joyfully.
