The food products are inconsistently prepared. Sometimes everything you order is hot and fresh. Then, it may be an item or two that's cold or room temperature. Biscuits might be dry and not buttery. Cajun fries could be unseasoned or sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Chicken or meat on biscuit is often overcooked. Also, customer service especially in drive-thru needs improvement. It's possible to have an item missing from the bag.

Waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. This Bojangles used to be on point but recently it's always like this.... I added a picture of the drive thru line behind me
