Mariah and Ashley are hands down two of the driving forces in this establishment. The kitchen staff is sub par but the two above-mentioned will always make them fix mistakes before food ever reaches you. Hands down the 2 best employees at any BWW I have visited across the country, and I travel a lot for work.

Staff is unknowledgeable of state laws. Tried calling to ask if they had PBR on tap since they had run out since my last visit. I was told they can't tell me what beer they have on tap overt the phone because ABC laws. That was a lie and other locations confirmedBar staff is friendly and always great to deal with.Men's bathroom is awful, I think they clean it once a month and half the the equipment is broken.Floor and carpet is nasty.Food is inconsistent in portion size and quality.Clearly the franchisee doesn't care and the location quality and employee training reflects their lack of commitment to the business and brand. Save yourself the headache and go to another location.

Worst experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Waited an hour and 15 minutes just to be seated, then have been sitting at the table for an hour after ordering and still have no food. All I ordered was wings... Still sitting here waiting as I write this.
