Bouchon tasted like my time in France. The pate was perfect. The Service was good but I think servers who care about being knowledgeable is a thing of the past and that makes me sad. The only thing I disliked was the “baguette” but as it turns out, that’s on city bakery. City bakery should go to France, eat a real baguette, hang their heads in shame, when they’ve realized what they’ve sone, come back and call theirs something else because the one they call baguette is an abomination.
