I used to love brickyard pizza. I ordered two pizzas this weekend. My order was placed at 9:10pm with a delivery time of 10:11pm. I received my confirmation email and money was withdrawn from my account. After two hours, FIVE phone calls, and being lied to by a "manager" I received my undercooked and completely inedible pizza's at 11:15pm. I'd like to say this is where my bad experience ended. I tried talking to a manager on Sunday and was told they don't have managers there on the weekend. Fine. I tried going in on Monday for at least a "partial refund and some coupons". No dice.
