Way overpriced, but so is everything at the Grand Canyon. Food was absolutely horrible, and service was worse.

The main we reason we stopped by here is because we learned from one of the gift shop employees that this was one of the few food places that were cheaper in the area. We saw the menu had ice cream and the weather and scenery made it seem like a perfect time for a few scoops. I got the double scoop waffle cone (they allow you to choose from waffle cone, cake cone, and cup with no extra cost) with butter pecan on top and Butterfinger on the bottom. The portions for the ice cream were huge! And it was Dreyer's ice cream so pretty decent taste! The ice cream tasted super satisfying and the shop overlooks the beautiful scenery. 10/10 would recommend getting the ice cream and just eating it while enjoying the scenery in the area. Since we were already getting ice cream from here, we also got some food. My friends got the Pretzels with Cheese and I got the Roast Beef Sandwich. The Roast Beef Sandwich tasted average and came with condiment packages. For the price I was a little disappointed with how it was. But overall it wasn't too bad since we just needed a meal. A lot of shops are closed due to covid. The few that were open were awesome. Great selection. Great employees.
