Last time i was here was in Dec 2020 and the experience was less than desirable but tonite it was a great experience. We headed to the bar and were greeted by trainee Taylor with the best smile ever. Trust me when i say that set the tone for the whole evening. She was joined by bartender Joshua who also greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. The food took a bit to get there, he did apologize, but Joshua was talkative and so attentive that we didnt even notice the time,...

Incompetent.  On-line order placed hours ahead for pickup well before Super Bowl kickoff.  Arrive to find 30 people all trying to get their food, too, and two unsupported staff members with zero organization skills trying to manage us all.  It went poorly.  Most of us were there, standing, waiting for 50 minutes beyond the noted delivery time.  The food, despite coming straight from the kitchen (I assume, but was it really?), was cold and our order incorrect.   So, what good things can I say? I got to watch the entire first quarter of the game while I was waiting, so I guess I have that going for me.  And the fried cauliflower bites were pretty good.  Also, kudos to one of those beleaguered workers --- despite no clue how to organize the orders or the people waiting or the foresight to pre-prep carrots/ranch add-ins, he at least never lost his cool or composure.  The other worker didn't seem to give a care one way or the other and slow-rolled every move she made.

I’d give it zero stars if I could! Wasted my husbands whole lunch hour and he had to leave without eating although the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever! I don’t think I’ll ever return. No manager in sight , just attitude from the “waitress” who didn’t update nor check on us. Just shut down if you don’t have enough staff or properly trained employees.
