No one came into work so to go orders were super delayed

Extremely unprofessional. I placed a simple to go order and it came out 20 minutes late. One of the girls taking at the register was not doing anything except sitting on the bench on her phone. I was being ignored by everyone there (and even cut off by an employee so they could talk to other people) so I told them I wanted a refund since I had to leave. That caused them all to panic and for the manager to make my order, only to have someone throw it at me without a bag and read the order details incorrectly so that the size of the side item I order was wrong, as well as my drink that I got with it. I have worked in a restaurant in the past and this would be completely unacceptable any other place. This is a horribly run Buffalo Wild Wings and I wish it was a lot better.
