My boyfriend tried to place an order at 9:45pm and was told no they were done taking orders for the night. He called again and another person took his order. When I got there to get our food I got the confirmation that this location was open until 11pm and which the employee responded the person who first answered the phone was probably lazy and that’s why we got told we couldn’t order 1hr 15 min before closing time. If these could get shut down this location would be next in line.

Waited 30-45 minutes for a server to take our order. ended up leaving because they look so long. they even charged us for the waters.

Picked up food Monday night. Ordered online. Arrived to find out they were only providing carry out as the dining room was closed. 4-5 people deep when I arrived. Gave them my name. Said they would check to see if it was ready. They asked for the name of the person in line behind me. I stepped aside. 5 minutes later. No update. After 10 minutes(15 minutes after pickup time) I asked again where my food was. After a few minutes they brought it up and said "finished a minute ago. They forgot to tell us." That's the good part of this adventure. We get home and the wings in the bundles have little to no sauce and are luke warm. The fries were comparable to eating the cardboard off an Amazon package that was left out in a snowstorm. Chewy, tough, no flavor, and ice cold. I live 5 minutes from Buffalo Wild Wings and have been a supporter. After this I will be driving further to Parker John's or Northland Pub to grab some wings.
