All SmitCo Inc. Eateries put the wrong people in management positions and they put people in positions that they disnt want to do because they don't care about you as an employee only thing they care about is there bottom line. I was paid less $40k a year as a GM with 20 years experience and new GM's were started off at $50k with no experience. SmitCo is a garbage company and needs to keep there stuff in Arkansas.
