Of the plethora of burger genre in this area, Burger Fi (this one is my location) is positioned SECURELY at the top. Dude, EVERYTHING is great! I'm not down with the plant based and vegan items, but I am all about freedom of expression and choice.The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger is AWESOME. The fries are amazing. Shake are also superb, and the staff (frequently overworked) is incredible. This is evident in the consistent quality of food and they're exceptional attitude to customers.I love this place and the people working there!

I visited BurgerFi this evening and had a horrible experience. The employees were rude and lazy. There was an issue with my transition, so the manager, Mina, came to deal with the issue. When I asked for my change back she rudely said “yeah sorry” then proceeded to toss the cash on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked away. We also tried to order milkshakes when we were done with our burgers and has just seen a couple walk out with a milkshake in hand. When we went to order the employee just said the machine was closed for cleaning, yet no cleaning was being done. Also, after we ordered our burgers, I over heard one of the employees say to another “I hate how everybody walks in before closing” we ordered at 9 and the restaurant closes at 11. We will NEVER be returning to BurgerFi or recommending to anyone.
