My son with Type 1 diabetes and Celiac disease requested Caroline’s for his birthday because he calls what they do “witchcraft” in the Best way possible. He can eat anything on the menu and lots of it with minimal impact on his sugar because the carbs are So low. All of that, and the food is delicious!!!

We've eaten there twice in a week! We love Caroline's! The staff is friendly. The food does take a little longer than your usual frozen to fryer places because it's fresh, but that's 100% worth the wait. So delicious!
