Alright, ya'll! Let me put you on that good-good! Chavelita's is hidden in this strip mall off of Lone Tree Way. And it's the best hidden gem I've ever found! My first experience was amazing. We called our order in ahead of time. And we were given a 20 minute wait. When we received our food, it was piping hot, fresh, and seriously well-prepared. We ordered two fish taco plates, a burrito bowl, four quesabirria tacos, and three horchatas. Each dish came with chips and salsa. Speaking of salsa -- please... try the orange salsa.
