Wish they can just open the drive thru telecom without having an actual kid out there taking orders. More jobs I guess. But I like to see the menu order the wrong sandwich numerous times. Went all the way home with condiments before. How can you eat their nuggets without Polynesian sauce? also, I always end up in the line where the person taking the order is too busy talking and taking longer to take orders. Watched 3 cars that came behind me get their orders taken first in the other line. They need to go back and forth.

Food is good but the leadership here us absolutely terrible! Barb C. handles marketing & complaints and is by far the rudest Chick-fil-A employee I've ever spoken too. She refused to escalate my concern to the operator and hung up on me. Agree with other posts here, the staff is stressed out. Do not use curbside service! They literally ignore those orders and focus on the drive thru. This location seems to have gone rogue from the Be our Guest principles. I did end up effectively forcing the operator David aka pretend owner to call me back after contacting an executive at CFA and it was the lamest interaction with a Chick-fil-A operator in my life. He doesn't care, and it reflects in his staff inappropriate handling of basic concerns. Not going back here again.
