I sat in the chipotlane for 10+ minutes with a couple of cars in front of me. I decided to go inside to pick up my online order. Four employees walked past me and didn’t greet or ask me what I needed while fixing their coworkers food and another playing on the cash wrap for over 5 minutes. Another lady walks in and after 5 minutes a young girl asks her who she’s picking up for and then proceeds to ask me the same. Food arrived ice cold per under eats. Called the store 3x and. No one answers. Store is 4 mins away and should not be this cold. It sucks I order it 1-2 times a week.
