What happened to Chuy's? First I want to say I've visited twice and both times there was not a hostess/host and it took more than 10 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. I don't know if it's the particular location in Katy but I could've swore they had a free queso with beef and chips truck Buffett style...maybe not. The salsa and creamy jalapeño is a nahhh lol I feel bad but the jalapeño sauce really tasted more like ranch. Aside from the queso I don't know what else I'd eat on the menu. The salad dressings (I tried each and end up using the queso) and taco salad were not good, sorry.

Went for a quick meal and left satisfied. Our waitress (also the bartender) was very nice, she explained everything well, and all of our food came out at a very quick timing! No complaints here other then the "buffet nachos" are now on the happy hour menu as a 5 dollar entree :( . 9/10 def recommend!
