Comfort Inn University in Amherst

The first hotel they gave me and my fiancé there was a water leak in our room. SECOND room must have had a fire in there because the ceiling was black and the water sprinklers were VERY outdated. Not to mention the hole in the walls along with the yellow stains in the shower. EVERY towel they gave us had stains/dirt on them. This post is not even exaggerating, this actually occurred. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let me start off, it was approx $200 a night to stay here, probably because there was a concert in town. My bad experience to start was when I booked, I didn’t realize Priceline was on the phone, I thought it was the hotel, so beware when booking.Hot pockets for breakfast? Really?OmG the rooms, see pics, this appears to be blood on the sheets.I complained at the front desk at check out after I discovered the side of the sheets stained with god knows what, all I get is I’m sorry, ok well I’m sorry to have to show people my experience too.
