Avoid this place at all costs!. This place has never really impressed me, their food has always been rather sub par and their customer service is barely tolerable. However as of today they officially hit rock bottom and begun to dig. They have always had a real problem with time, in deliveries I mean. But today they were especially late. I'd have ignored it, if they hadn't also completely messed up my order. The pizza was stone cold and they brought me the wrong type of pasta entirely. They also apparently run out of the bread they usually use for garlic bread and substituted it with some bizarre type of wheat bread, which was really awful. I couldn't eat more than a bite of it. When I contacted them about the mistake, they told me that it would be another hour before they could get me the correct pasta or that they would give me store credit. The store credit they offered, may I add, was less than what I paid for the dish they screwed up. Seriously, even knowing I have store credit there now, I still won't get anything from them. The food was just too awful and the experience itself was all even worse. Avoid this place at all costs.
