The pizza and cheese bread was fantastic. Service was fast and efficient with great customer service.

- Poor customer service - The order was wrong - Overcharged I order from Dion's a lot. I typically go to the store on Rio Bravo, or the store on Gibson. However, I've been in the neighborhood of the store at Central and Coors about 2 weeks put of eack of the last three months. First, the food at Dion's is generally really good. It's fresh, prepared well, and fairly healthy. The bread is amazing. Sadly, this Dion's has some problems. Over the past three months, I've ordered from Dion's at Coors and Central several times a week. About 50% of the time my orders are wrong. Sometimes it's a small error, like charging me for something and forgetting to put it in the bag. Sometimes it's a bigger deal, like not putting onion on my sandwich. I share my sandwiches with my dog, and onions are dog toxic, so it's a big deal. Over the last two months I've ordered the same pizza three times. Every time the order has been wriong. Every time! The second time, even thoiygh it was clearly ordered correctly, based on the reciept, the cook put anchovies on the pizza instead of artichoke hearts. When I called about the error the manager I spoke with was dismissive. Four days later I tried the puzza order again. Dion's got it wtong again. And once again, the manager was dismissive. If I hadn't had such a good experience with other stores I probably would no longer eat at Dion's. I don't like bad customer service. However, in the futer, I will drive to a store that's farther away, because they do a much better job. 24 hours later and stilll waiting for that refund.
