Worst experience!!! I used the tracker waited outside for 15min. They said they called when arrived but my phone went to voicemail. But I was outside waiting there was no driver there was no one who even shows up to the facility. Dominos said that he was here but i was outside waiting so they lied. The assistant manager cut me off while I was trying to see why my order never showed up. I’m so upset it’s like the GMs and Managers have no idea what they doing or how to provide customer service. Domino's is awesome I always order everytime I come to West Springfield they have amazing delivery my food is always here on time n always hot they prepare the pizzas so deliciously I would recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone I know their number one pizza store in America I always depend on Domino's Pizza when I'm craving pizza they're not too cheesy they're not too greasy they're just perfect and there garlic bread is so amazingly great even the crust with the garlic seasoning on it I will always give them 5 stars they are a five star restaurant
