Some of the staff needs to be nicer. Especially during this pandemic time. They need to make compromises if all of the process's are not working. Paying customers are important and keep stores open and in business.

This Domino's is the worst delivery experience I've ever had in Erie.We placed our order for our hotel and they estimated 22-34 minutes. Fast forward an hour and nothing. When I initially called the manager, who didn't give her name, said she only had one driver and they had 2 other deliveries to make. The app said the order was complete and it never was. So we waited, only for the food to never show and me to call her back saying I will NEVER recommend Domino's to any of my guests. (I work at a hotel)She said that her driver actually had 3-4 orders and she will refund me (After I asked for it) and block me from ordering from there again and didn't care about reviews or recommendations.She really needs to be under review for her position.
