Impressive whiskey & cocktail list. I wish we could have tried it. When we arrived, there were about 5 patrons sitting at the bar. I asked the bar tender if we should sit ourselves outside, or if there was a host. He said to seat ourselves. I asked if we should order with him. He said a server would be out shortly. We grabbed a table outside and waited for about 10 minutes. Someone came out, adjusted another table, then went back inside - we weren't sure if she was a server, or a patron debating if she wanted to bring her friends outside. About 5 minutes later, she came back out and seated a couple at another table outside, providing water and silverware for them. She ignored us. After another 5 minutes passed without seeing another restaurant employee, we gave up and left. Galway Bay seated us immediately, took our order within minutes, and introduced us to some great Irish whiskey we would never have tried otherwise. We really wanted to like this place.

Spectacular works to describe it! The burger and fries with a little heat to them are a must

Normally great food and extensive bourbon list, but WE WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. After eating here several times over the past few years, last night 2 of our dishes came out w/ BURNT BREAD/BUNS. Burnt, as in BLACK. Cook obviously tried to hide it on the bottom side of my wife's BLT and w/ aioli on my chicken sandwich -- I tasted it before I saw it. My wife sent the BLT back w/out eating it, waiter said he could only take 50% off. Sorry, what? Asked for the manager, "We're not a corporate chain, we're small and these things happen." I'm sorry, what? You allow burned food to exit your kitchen and then make excuses for it and say 'These things happen'? Yeah, they do happen. Normally they get fixed and don't happen again, or the entire entrée is removed from the bill when the customer doesn't eat a single bite of it. I called the manager out on this and he laughed at me. "We can't control things like that." You can't control the way food leaves the kitchen in your restaurant? Well, I control where I spend my money -- and Dry 85 ain't it anymore. Telling part is all of the LOW FEEDBACK OVER THE PAST MONTH FOR BURNT FOOD. [Psst... there's ANOTHER REVIEW BELOW w/in the past 2 weeks saying the EXACT SAME THING!!!] Hey manager... get the hint already! Better yet... HEY OWNERS! Sta...
