Take the time to go to the other Dunkin's in Amherst. Especially if you're doing drive-thru. Katarina practically rushed me out of the line and was incredibly rude. I work in customer service so slow customers annoy me too, but it's not even like I was being unreasonably slow. And even if I was, you can NOT talk to a customer the way she talked to me today.
