The kind of Dunkin’ location where somehow they will always manage to screw up some element of your order, no matter how simple you make it. Their most recent masterpiece? My order of a medium hazelnut with cream and sugar had “33 sugar” printed on the label on the side. I look at it and I’m like “no way,” and gave it a small sip… and it definitely tasted like it had 33 sugars in it. You could have baked an angel food cake with it. So insanely oversweetened I had to just toss it and deal with the caffeine headache.

No problems so far. Fast and efficient. Stock some ketchup though. Ketchup slot is always empty and when they are busy, trying to ask employee for ketchup, forget it. I know very trivial issue lol. Though great dunkin donuts. Watch out on weekends mornings, drive thru line is out till the street

I have gone to this Dunkin' over 10 times over the past year and a half and every single time my order has been wrong, something was forgotten, I was given the wrong order, etc. I tried going when it is less busy and my orders were still wrong. I switched to only online orders because I assumed since everything is written out for them they couldn't get that wrong, right? Apparently NOT! I'll receive reg egg when I paid extra for veggie egg. I'll receive sausage when I paid extra for extra bacon. The staff is nice and that's why I keep going back but my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!
