A female in the drive thru is so ghetto while taking orders, she needs some professionalism to work with customers , their bagel minis looks like they leave in there for 5 seconds always cold & their hashbrown are always soggy and cold

I've tried to like like this place because of the convenience of the drive through and the pleasant people at the window , but they seem to really not care , I go to Dunkin' pretty much everyday, I usually go to this specific location twice a week and they always mess up my order , I always ask for a medium iced macchiato with almond milk and I get charged for it and end up leaving with a regular nasty iced coffee with whole milk , I've turned around the last few times because It was becoming a little annoying now , but today I just give up ,I got charged 5 bucks for a 2 dollar coffee do your self a favor and don't go here , I never have a bad experience at any other Dunkin'
