I come to this location because of convenience. The breakfast sandwiches are normally still cold and the drinks are OK but they fill them halfway or 3/4 up. The donuts are good LOL

I hate giving Dunkin such a bad review, but it reflects the fact that I wouldn't return to this location. Especially when there are so many other coffee places and DD locations nearby to get your caffeine and sweets fix. I ordered via the drive-thru. The staff seemed frazzled and the wait was pretty long, despite it being an off time with not many customers. But what really turned me off was the lack of masking when I picked up my order. Employees either weren't wearing masks or had them around their chins. We're still in a global pandemic, and masking is a simple way to not spread germs. Although you're not likely to g...

Hadn't had Dunkin' in a while so I went through the drive thru for sausage, egg, and cheese with a coffee. Gave me the coffee and then a bag with one item wrapped up inside. Get to where I was going only to find the sandwich was a whole grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese! After I finished my appointment I went back to return the bagel. Guy there tried to blame me for grabbing the wrong order assuming I picked it up inside. I told him this is what they handed me through the window. He then says "oh, here it is" and tries to hand me the same sandwich which had been sitting there for 2 hours! Got my money and won't be back!
